Customer Service Representative
Ergo Bank is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our Kendall, Norwalk, and Wilton branches, subject to work between both branches.
This position serves customers at a window, processing a variety of banking transactions. The job includes assisting any customer in the bank to whatever extent possible or referring the customer to another person for assistance. CSRs are to serve customers courteously and promote customer satisfaction while fostering teamwork within the bank.
