This position generates customer conversions to build and maintain long-lasting banking relationships. The CSR accurately and efficiently performs transactions and provides exceptional customer service each and every time. The CSR also adheres to compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures. 

Skills: 
  • Good problem solving, resourcefulness, and attention to details 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to use computer software and embrace technology 
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities 
Qualifications:
  • Cash handling experience preferred 
  • Customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions: 
This position is located in an office environment with artificial lighting and controlled heating/air conditioning. The position includes prolonged periods of working on a computer and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The incumbent needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
